Roketsan, Türkiye`s leading rocket, missile, and ammunition technologies company, has signed a contract with Sefine Shipyard for the integration of the ATMACA Weapon System on two naval platforms for the Indonesian Ministry of Defense. The signing ceremony, which strengthens defense industry cooperation between Türkiye and Indonesia, took place at the Indo Defence exhibition in Jakarta.

Roketsan, a leading player in the Turkish defense industry on the international stage, has reinforced its defense industry cooperation with Indonesia by signing two significant contracts at Indo Defence, one of Southeast Asia`s largest defense industry exhibitions.

Airbus has been awarded a contract from the German procurement agency Bundesamt für Ausrüstung, Informationstechnik und Nutzung der Bundeswehr (BAAINBw) to equip 23 Luftwaffe A400Ms with DIRCM protection systems. DIRCM stands for ‘Directed Infrared Counter Measures’ and will protect the military transport aircraft from missiles with infrared seekers. Under the contract just signed, the company will also provide services including training, service bulletins and tools.

Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ) has achieved a significant strategic milestone on the international stage. During the INDO Defence 2025 exhibition held in Indonesia, an agreement was signed between Türkiye and Indonesia for the sale of 48 units of the fifth-generation National Combat Aircraft, KAAN, which was designed, developed, and manufactured entirely with national resources. Under the agreement, the aircraft will be delivered to Indonesia.
