Defence Turkey: Mr. Ferhat Yenibertiz we would like to thank you for sparing time for us for this interview. You were appointed Head of Quality and Strategic Management Department recently. Could you please inform us about the corporate structuring of your department in the recent period?   

Undersecretariat for Defence Industries is far different from today’s typical state corporation concept. It is in a place between a state corporation and a private sector firm. Under this scope we first determined the needs of the Undersecretariat. But as our information about the SSM deepened, we saw that the needs differed, and we formulated the structuring process of the directorates under our department presidency in this format.
