Indra exhibited RIGEL ELECTRONIC DEFENCE CONSOLE: which allows threat detection and use of adequate countermeasures to neutralise them and CBRN Laboratories, integrated solutions that cover all the stages required to mount a solid response to CBRN threats. These mobile laboratories can be used to identify CBRN agents in the field, enabling CBRN units to implement the necessary measures in the event of an attack or industrial incident.

Indra was recently awarded the modernisation of Turkey’s air space surveillance network. It will supply nearly twenty secondary radars and several primary radars in order to enhance the quality and the amount of information that air traffic controllers receive at the same time it improves the traffic management capacity of the airports. Besides this, the company will startup a new Air Approach Control Centre at Trabzon airport.

Also, Javier Monzón, Indra´s CEO, participated at the Spain-Turkey conference held at the beginning of and organised by the European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMED), along with the Istanbul Policy Centre and the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkey and Spain.
