With this Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU), HAVELSAN is
assigned as the foreign partner of the
program, based on its proven capabilites
and engineering faculties
known by worldwide. This agreement,
further contribute to improve the
defense industrial cooperation and
mutual interests of two nations.
HAVELSAN, has been working since
1996 to establish and continuously
upgrade the Turkish Air Force’s
Electronic Warfare Test and Training
Range. Not only Turkish Air Force, but
many friendly Air Forces each year
have been participating the training
and the military exercises with this
system.
