The "SU-25 Modernization Project Contract Signing Ceremony" was conducted between the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan and Turkish Aerospace (TUSAŞ).

Under the SU-25 Modernization Project contract, initiated to address the modernization requirements of the Azerbaijan Air Force Command and led by Turkish Aerospace as the primary contractor, the objective is to perform the integration of Turkish Guided Munitions Weapon Systems and avionics modernization activities for the aircraft currently in the inventory of the Azerbaijan Air Force Command.
