The launching ceremony of the second Hangor Class submarine, PNS/M SHUSHUK (Desig), was held at Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Group Company Ltd, Shuangliu Base, Wuhan, China. Vice Chief of the Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Ovais Ahmed Bilgrami, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

One of Türkiye’s leading defense and aviation companies, Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. (TUSAŞ), and ASPİLSAN Enerji, a leader in battery technologies, have signed a significant cooperation agreement under the Secretariat of Defence Industries (SSB) Industrial Participation and Offset Support Program for the development and production of aviation battery cells. With this Offset Agreement, the goal is to increase the localization rate in the design and production of Türkiye’s aviation batteries.

The order includes serial production of 6x6 & 8x8 New Generation PARS ALPHA Armoured Vehicle configurations for the TLF Mechanized Armoured Units. In the first phase of the program, FNSS will deliver PARS ALPHA 8x8 Anti-Armour Squad and Armoured Recovery variants. In scope of the program, FNSS will also produce 6x6 variants. PARS ALPHA 6x6 command post variants will be configured with advanced mission equipment.
